Got a
Question?
Everything you need to know about Brevon Gate bikes — from specs and warranties to shipping and returns — answered clearly and honestly.
Our Bikes
What types of bikes does Brevon Gate sell?
We specialize in premium outdoor and mountain bikes built for rugged terrain. Our lineup includes trail bikes, enduro bikes, urban commuters, and all-terrain models. Every bike is engineered for performance, durability, and a lifetime of riding.
How do I choose the right bike for my riding style?
It depends on the terrain and your goals. Trail bikes are best for mixed terrain. Enduro models are built for aggressive descents. Urban commuters are lightweight and fast on pavement. Not sure? Contact our team and we'll help you pick the perfect ride.
What frame materials do you use?
Our frames use aerospace-grade aluminium and high-modulus carbon fibre depending on the model. Carbon models are ultralight for maximum performance, while our aluminium frames deliver outstanding strength and durability at a more accessible price point.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Bikes are shipped 85–95% assembled. You'll need to attach the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and saddle — all of which requires basic tools and takes about 20–30 minutes. Detailed instructions are included. If you'd prefer full assembly, we recommend visiting a local bike shop.
Are your bikes suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. We have models suited to all skill levels — from first-time riders to seasoned professionals. Our entry-level bikes offer a smooth, forgiving ride, while our performance models push the limits. Our team is happy to guide you to the right fit.
Warranty
Do your bikes come with a warranty?
Yes — all Brevon Gate bikes come with a lifetime warranty on the frame and a 2-year warranty on components (drivetrain, brakes, fork, etc.). We stand behind our work completely. If a defect occurs under normal use, we'll fix or replace it at no cost to you.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects — including frame cracks, weld failures, and premature component failures under normal riding conditions. It does not cover crash damage, wear and tear, improper assembly, or modifications.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Simply contact our team with your order number and a description (plus photos) of the issue. We'll assess the claim and get back to you within 2 business days with next steps. Warranty claims are handled fast — no runaround.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
Order directly through our online shop. Add your chosen bike to cart and proceed to checkout. Payment is secure and we accept major credit cards and PayPal. For large or custom orders, contact us directly.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime through your account page.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After that, the order may already be in processing. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change and we'll do our best to help.
Shipping
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes, we ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Visit our Shipping Policy page for full details on rates and estimated delivery windows by region.
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders typically ship within 3–7 business days from our Vaudreuil-Dorion location. Delivery times vary by province. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping on orders over $75 within Canada. Orders below that threshold include a calculated shipping fee shown at checkout before payment.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on unridden, unassembled bikes in original packaging. Full details are on our Return & Refund Policy page. For defective products, our lifetime warranty applies instead.
How do I start a return?
Contact our team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and a label within 2 business days. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
Service & Maintenance
How often should I service my bike?
For regular riders, we recommend a basic tune-up every 3–6 months — including brake and gear adjustment, chain lubrication, and bolt torque check. Heavy off-road use may require more frequent servicing. Our sealed bearings and low-maintenance drivetrain reduce upkeep significantly.
Can I get spare parts for my Brevon Gate bike?
Yes. We carry replacement parts and components for all our models. Contact us with your bike model and part needed and we'll get it shipped to you quickly.
Do you offer bike servicing at your location?
Yes — you can bring your Brevon Gate bike to our Vaudreuil-Dorion location at 1-392 Rue Chicoine for servicing and inspections. Call us at 1-438-466-2310 to book a service appointment.
